BASTA LA PASTA !

The bellies at PeriFeria will be served by the infamous Macaroni Club this year. When asked what would be on the menu, the answer was: everything but macaroni! For the occasion, they work with ingredients found in the border area between city and countryside.

Performer-chef-brewer Pascal Lazarus and his cooking brigade Macaroni Club explore the boundaries of what food and drink culture can be by means of all kinds of interventions, performances and experiments. Without preconceptions they experiment with food in a gastronomic way.
