Comptoir Contour – De Brigade
Following the common knowledge “a full belly, a happy heart” there will be some explorative catering at events of the PeriFeria Festival. The creative cooks of De Brigade take the periphery as an opportunity to create all kinds of dishes with the ingredients that they discover on the border between town and countryside.
De Brigade is an open platform for discovering, experimenting, capturing and tasting the dining cultures of Brussels from yesterday, today and tomorrow. With their interventions and projects, De Brigade wants to explore boundaries, build new bridges, but especially go through stomachs. The Brigade is like a dish with alternating ingredients and without a regular recipe.
